Product Care

･ Piercing details are not sold separately or provided as replacements. Please take care not to lose them during use.

･ This product is not washable. If it becomes dirty, gently wipe it with a dry cloth.

･ With regular use, the edge finish where the handles connect to the metal rings may naturally wear over time. This is a normal characteristic of use and is not considered a defect.

･ As the piercings are attached after the sewing process, they may occasionally come loose. If the cut edge becomes visible, simply rotate the piercing to reposition it.

･ Although the ball piercings are securely tightened before shipment after inspection, they may loosen through contact with clothing or external objects during use. Please check and tighten them periodically. This is not considered a defect or damage.

･ Due to the nature of the edge coating (painted edge) finishing process, a small amount of coating residue may remain on the product. It can be removed with a soft cloth dampened with a mild detergent and is not considered a defect.
