PRODUCT CARE INSTRUCTIONS

• Due to the nature of the fabric, wrinkles, creases, minor scratches, or temporary shape distortion may occur during production and distribution—even in brand new items. These are not defects and cannot be reasons for return or exchange.

• Handle edges connected to the metal rings may naturally show wear with use. This is a normal sign of wear, not a defect.

• Handles will naturally soften over time with use.

• Piercings are added after stitching during production and may come loose. If the cut side of a piercing is exposed, rotate it to reposition. Ball piercings may also detach. These are not defects and cannot be reasons for return or exchange.

• Wrinkles may be visible upon receipt due to packaging. Remove any inner stuffing and shape the bag to settle into its form.

• Do not overfill with heavy items. Damage caused by excessive weight is not covered.

• Do not wash. Wipe the surface gently with a wet tissue if needed.
