• The snap strap of the laptop pocket may break under repeated excessive force. Damage caused by misuse cannot be covered by warranty or exchange. Please handle the snap gently.

• With use, the edges of the handle where the metal ring connects may wear down naturally. This is not a defect.

• Handles will gradually soften over time with use.

• Magnetic buttons at the opening may not be perfectly symmetrical; this does not affect use and is not a defect.

• Wrinkles may appear immediately after purchase due to packaging; please remove any internal stuffing and allow the bag to settle into its shape.

• Do not overload the bag with excessive weight; such use may result in damage not covered by warranty.

• This product is not washable. For surface cleaning, wipe gently with a soft wet tissue or cloth.
